Minus is the loyalty program for the customers of the online store www.b-a.eu allowing to reduce the price of the shopping cart by using the accumulated b-a Minus (one Minus = 1 € discount).

1.     How to get more b-a Minus? 

1)     By buying the goods

b-a Minus are provided to the customers of the online store b-a.eu every time as the status of their order changes into “Executing”.

The online store b-a.eu reserves the right to change the quantity of b-a Minus to be received or to completely stop giving Minus without a prior notice.

2)     By getting from your friends

You can send or get b-a Minus from your family members, friends, relatives, or even Facebook members. The sender must know the b-a.eu user ID of the person who will be receiving Minus (you can find out it by logging in and going to My menu->My data).

In order to send Minus to another person, click on the button “Transfer Minus to a friend” on the page My menu -> Minus.

Enter another User’s ID and the number of b-a Minus to be transferred, click on “Execute” and your b-a Minus are already held by another person. 

3)     By winning on b-a.eu Facebook game “Luck Roulette”

You can spin the “Luck Roulette” on b-a.eu Facebook fan page and win b-a.eu Minus discounts on a daily basis.

2.     How to find out how many Minus b-a.eu I have at the store?

You can view the amount of b-a Minus you have and your history by logging in to your User ID and going to My menu -> Minus.

NOTE: Minus have an expiration date! Your b-a Minus account will be updated on 31 March and on 31 March each year and you will no longer be able to use the Minus you had.

3.     Where does it show how many b-a Minus I will get?

No single amount or single period for which you would get b-a Minus have been determined. The online store b-a.eu changes the rules for getting Minus at one’s own discretion, therefore you should keep an eye on the news on b-a.eu website, Facebook, news letters in order to find out the quantity of b-a Minus you would get.

4.     Why I did not get any b-a Minus upon making the order?

Probably the online store b-a.eu changed the conditions for getting b-a Minus. If you think that there has been a mistake which resulted in you not getting b-a Minus, please send us an e-mail at info@b-a.eu and we will clear everything out together.

5.     How to use Minus?

1.     First of all you should have b-a Minus. How to find out how many b-a Minus I have?

2.     Add items to your cart.

3.     Tick the box “Use” at the first step of the cart".

4.     You will see the discount given for your goods on the order confirmation page (Step 4 on the cart).

6.     Why can’t I use Minus for the total price of the shopping cart?

1.     You have no more b-a Minus.  How to find out how many b-a Minus I have?

2.     b-a Minus discounts are not given to items sold as a special offer or items that are on sale.

3.     You have already used the discount code. Discounts given as a result of using discount codes and b-a Minus are not combined.

4.     Minus cannot be applied to the prices of the items selected by you. Minus discounts cannot be applied to the following items:

a.     Partners’ goods. Partners’ goods are marked with the following sign located above the product description:

b.    Items sold as a special offer or items that are on sale;

c.     Shopping carts which have already been given a discount by using a discount code;

d.    Items with a very low margin.

5.     The online store b-a.eu has changed the conditions for using b-a Minus. Keep an eye on the news on our page on Facebook or b-a.eu Minus page My menu -> Minus in order to find out how many b-a Minus you can get now

7.     Why can I use only a limited amount of Minus?

Only such amount of b-a Minus is allowed to be used for the cart that the item could be purchased at net cost.

8.     Why can’t I see what the biggest Minus discount applied to the item is?

The goods can be purchased at net cost upon using Minus for the price of the items at the online store b-a.eu. The online store has no interest in disclosing the net cost of all the items, therefore only exclusive users having collected a sufficient amount of b-a Minus can see the maximum amount of Minus available for using.

9.     Why can’t I use Minus by using the discount code?

Discounts given to prices as a result of using discount codes, campaigns, sales, and Minus can not be combined at online store b-a.eu
